The prices are based on the particular office (or project space) with the specified number of workspaces. The individual offices can all be locked and are exclusively available to the respective user. The prices exclude 7.7% VAT.

You can conveniently book and pay for your room online. This spares you administrative formalities, so you can get straight to work. Up to a period of use of three months, the room must be paid for by credit card. You will receive an invoice after the fourth month.
As a registered user, you can choose between different meeting rooms which you can book online by the hour or by the day.
Spoom offers various meeting rooms ranging in size from small to large. You can find the hourly rates for the meeting rooms in the Spoom app.

The email that we send you with your booking confirmation contains a link to our app, which gives you 24/7 access. You can control both the main entrance doors and the doors to your office using the app.
On the first day of your booking period, the office or project space is available from 8 a.m. On the final day of your booking period, the facility must be vacated by 8 p.m.
No, but you can bring your own printer and connect it to the network. We would be happy to help you with this.
In addition to fully furnished offices, as a tenant, you also benefit from the following:
- Free Wi-Fi/LAN
- Free use of lounge, open conference rooms and phone booths
- Kitchen with coffee machine and water dispenser
- The operating and cleaning costs are included in the office flat rate
- Letterbox (starting from usage of six months)
- Parking in basement (subject to charge)
No. Everything is included in Spoom. Only the use of meeting rooms is billed separately if you use them.
Your office is cleaned twice a week.

You will find a fitness centre in the building or within walking distance of it. Parks in the immediate vicinity also provide attractive jogging trails for outdoor activities.

The offices and project spaces are available with rental terms starting from one month. In the case of open-ended use, the room can be cancelled with one month’s notice.
Yes, you can invite customers and guests at any time. Do you want to make sure that you are found? If you wish, you or your company can be listed as a tenant at the main entrance.
Yes. Once you receive the booking confirmation for your office, you can send your company logo in the form of a PNH file to firstname.lastname@example.org . The logo will be displayed as a digital doorbell at the main entrance and at your office.
The app is available under the name ‘Spoom’ both in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
